How to submit photos:

1. Send 2 or 3 pictures as an attachment to each email.   
           (More pictures than this per email makes the file size too large to  handle...you can send many e-mails to get all the
pictures in, but put only 2 or 3 individual pictures in each email.)  


2.  Send pictures as "Best for Email" (if given the option)
           If given the option in your email or photo software, make sure to size the pictures as "Best for Email" this will reduce the
size of the file being emailed...making it easier for your computer to send & mine to receive.  (Software such as Kodak
EasyShare or iPhoto will have a little box to check somewhere on the 'Email photos' page that presents options for sending
pictures such as 'best for email', 'original' etc  or perhaps it might say 'small', 'medium', 'large'.  Choose 'Best for Email'  or
'Small' option when possible.  


3. Send pictures as images (.jpg)  
           Your photos should automatically be in the correct format when you transfer the pictures from your camera to the
computer...so in most cases, there is nothing you need to do to get it into the proper format.   The exception is that if you scan
your photos by hand, you'll want to make sure to save the scanned photos as an image file (.jpg).   Pictures need to be in some
type of image format (such as a file name ending in .jpg)and not sent as text or cut/paste within Word documents.
           What does a photo file name look like on your computer?  For many cameras, the name of your image files will be a
series of letters and number and look something like  IMG_1234.jpg  or 100_1234.jpg. Generally, if you use the default settings
of your camera and the software which came with it, they should format and email just fine.  

4.  Please send pictures to the website address:   webmaster@classicantiquepowerinc.com   
          The website server is set up to handle larger volumes and sizes of image files than my personal email address.  It is
simply easier for me to manage the photos on the website address.

Pictures will remain on the website for 12 months after which they will be deleted due to space limitations.
